Skylands Park

Surrounded by the Kittatinny Mountain Range and historic Sussex County farmland, Skylands Park http://www.sussexskyhawks.com is a multiuse recreational facility centered around the minor league baseball team the New Jersey Cardinals (currently the Sussex Skyhawks).  The facility consists of a 21,000 sq.ft. stadium / ticket / retail structure, a 3,600 sq.ft. maintenance building, a 7,400 sq.ft. clubhouse, 6,400 sq.ft. museum, and 16,600 sq.ft. recreational facility. 

HQW Architects were selected by the owner to work with the Lescher and Mahoney Sports Group to provide contract administration services for the project. Working in conjunction with other design team members, HQW Architects was responsible for the coordination between the owner, Lescher and Mahoney, and the Construction Manager as well as obtaining all construction permits.
