Oak Ridge, New Jersey
Area: 24,000 sq. ft.
Lakeland State Bank, one of the premier community financial institutions in New Jersey required a headquarters building that would reflect their corporate commitment to personalized services while blending into the rural character of the surrounding area.
HQW Architects responded by designing a building that was both stately and welcoming. Inspired by the vernacular of the Williamsburg restoration, the red brick exterior is complimented by the rich woods and warm colors of the interior. Technological flexibility was incorporated into the design of the building in order to ensure the relevancy of the facility for many generations.
