HQW Architects has extensive experience working with Public Housing Authorities, producing Capital Needs Assessment Reports, and providing complete architectural services for new construction projects funded through bond financing from organizations such as the New Jersey Housing Finance Agency (NJHFA).
Past multi-family project have included the design of the 235-unit Brookside Terrace Apartments and the 32-unit Knoll View Assisted Living Facility. HQW Architects has conducted over 25 Preservation Capital Needs Assessments for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We are currently working with the Harrison Housing Authority to design improvements at several different Housing Authority properties.
